Student Support Services for

We lend our expertise to make sure all the learners are fully supported every step of the way. We handle students’ higher study journey, including:

DATA AND INFORMATION SUPPORT

Course delivery orientation, including admission, detailed course credit information, session dates, etc.
Advice and information regarding tuition fees, payment for accreditation, financial aid, etc.
Support and orientation regarding most essential policies and regulations of the university, with special attention to student enrolment, application and study.

LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION SUPPORT

A full briefing on any language testing requirements
Details of the test(s) or exam(s) is recognized by the university in question (IELTSE, etc)
Enrolment and study support for any language tests

COURSE AND DESTINATION SELECTION SUPPORT

Identification and advice as to the most suitable universities to target with applications
Conducting interviews with the students to understand their needs and goals
Evaluation of their academic background and assessment of suitable universities.
Support and suggestions to supplement student’s decisions
Recommendations for the best institutions and programmes to achieve stated goals
Support in gathering all of the documents necessary for the application process
Step-by-step throughout the entire application process
Ongoing support regarding programme and course details, enrolment requirements, documentation requirements, application deadlines, and other necessities

APPLICATION, VISA AND TRAVEL SUPPORT

Managing the initial application to the university
Preparing learners for their interview(s)
Supporting learners through the visa application process (and appeal, if necessary)
Getting air and other travel tickets
Preforming a pre-departure orientation
Providing airport pick-up services for smooth travelling

LIVING AND STUDY SUPPORT

Arranging suitable accommodation for the entire educational stay
Providing initial basic services (SIM card with top up, local travel ticket, gym membership etc.)
Providing continuous help and support the learners throughout the study abroad duration
Arranging air ticket for spouse (if necessary)
Providing support for moving back to the home country after graduation
